UPDATE!!!! Baby boy is here 7/13/2024!!! Thank you again Aspire!!I ABSOLUTELY have to say thank yooou to Aspire Willowbrook!! I live in Baytown and gladly drive an hour + to stay at this building! Lindsey is LITERALLY the best! She always have great energy and when she wasn’t there I was genuinely sad. lol Dr. Skorupski was an honest perfectionist. I can’t tell you all how many people I’ve referred to this specific building because of him.I’m 35, never been pregnant, and decided to do the IVF process alone (no spouse or partner). He and his staff was supportive, intuitive, and literally never missed their mark. They knew I worked third shift and how far I was traveling to see them so they were always patient and kind when it came to my appointments.My chances of getting pregnant were about 20%-30% due to it taking 7 days for my blastocyst to form but here I am almost 6 months later pregnant with a healthy baby boy!! I owe you all the world and I can’t WAIT for you all to meet him!!Thank you soo much for everything…literally! Y’all the best!

First visit was great!! He really spends time listening to what you have to say & ask you questions that maybe you didn’t even think to talk about. Unlike any other doctors that rushes you through an appointment, he really spends extra time trying to understand you. I truly felt I got something out of our first visit with him & hope for a success pregnancy.

My first visit was informative and reassuring. My husband and I had many questions and were worried about our possibilities of conceiving, however Dr. Skorupski took his time in explaining the process and thoroughly reviewed our medical history. We have had a lot of communication with the team since our first visit and we’re excited to continue the process!

Approximately ago my husband and I went to this center. The wonderful doctor Jason Griffith explained to us how we would begin the entire treatment, until it was decided that we had to do in vitro fertilization. The entire Willowbrook team was part of this process, especially Blanca. I want to thank you because after my second treatment I became pregnant and on May 18, 2024 our dream of becoming parents came true and all thanks to Dr. Jason Griffith in whom we fully trusted and who gave us that security so that the treatment was successful. Unfortunately I received an email that he will no longer be on the aspire fertility team.

I’ll start by stating how grateful I am to Aspire and the skilled team of doctors and nurses. Dr. Griffith is outstanding – hes a great balance of knowledge, know-how and personability. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to start or expand their family.My grievance is with all things billing with Aspire. Unfortunately, with the lag between receiving service and getting an EOB from insurance, I’d had many visits before I realized there were billing errors and I was being charged too much (and inconsistent amounts, despite receiving the same tests) at every visit. I unfortunately trusted the front desk to have run my insurance for an accurate cost for each service.Once I transferred to my OB for care, I reached out to billing and learned that since all insurance claims had processed, I was owed $635.28 from Aspire.I have tried to resolve and receive this refund myself – as well as with the help of a third party – to no success. Billing department is saying that all credits have been used – but since all claims had been processed when I was told of this considerable credit I was owed, where could that money have gone? It feels like billing tries to confuse me or wear me down so I will stop trying to get the refund I believe I’m due.To note: this is the second billing issue I’ve had with Aspire, but the first overage the office refunded me ~$300 in credits that I used towards office visits. Very poor system for billing and getting to a resolution continues to be difficult.

I am extremely disappointed with the IVF services provided by Aspire Houston Fertility Institute. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating due to their consistently slow responses to my questions and the overall difficulty in getting in touch with them.From the beginning, I faced long wait times to get basic information. Every time I had a question or needed clarification, it took days, sometimes even weeks, to get a response. This lack of communication added unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.Additionally, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. I often found myself leaving multiple messages without any callbacks. When I did manage to get someone on the line, I felt rushed and as if my concerns were not being fully addressed.Given the importance of timely and compassionate communication in IVF treatment, I find their lack of responsiveness and availability unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of care and support. I would not recommend Aspire Houston Fertility Institute to anyone looking for IVF services.

This team of doctors and staff are amazing. Couldn’t recommend them enough for other people on a fertility journey. My husband and I were always treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Skorupski took the time to answer all questions and concerns and made sure we had a clear understanding of our options. Now we are expecting our first baby this year! Will be returning when the time comes again!

Dr. Griffith and the team are amazing!! I will miss them dearly. My husband and I found out we are pregnant and having a boy! We are extremely thankful for Dr. Griffith and his team.He is patient and kind and gets to know everything he can concerning his patients prior to treatment.Jahneice, Rene, and Nancy were amazing!!

I just had my first appointment at Aspire HFI last week. I walked in feeling very nervous and left feeling hopeful, grateful, and reassured. I have never met a doctor with a better bedside manner than Dr. Griffith. He was so kind and warm, and took the time to answer my questions. He was very reassuring. With something as emotionally difficult as walking through infertility, having a kind doctor makes a world of difference. Not only that, but each of the staff members I have talked with at the office, over the phone, and through the online portal have been very kind and helpful as well. Thank you Dr. Griffith, and thank you Aspire HFI!

Dr. Griffith was truly exceptional! What stood out to us the most was his evident concern for us as patients. The staff at this establishment is also top-notch! Above all, the results were wonderful, leading to the arrival of our cherished little boy.

Dr. Griffith and his team are Amazing! This is our second IVF journey with them. They have been so caring and compassionate throughout the entire process. Dr. Griffith always makes you feel so cared for and comfortable. His bedside manner is outstanding!

Dr. Griffith and his team are truly wonderful. I highly recommend this location specially. The ladies here were always very sweet and helpful. Never felt judged or uncomfortable. My husband and I couldn’t be happier. We don’t live close to this log but the drive here was well worth it!

Dr. Griffith is amazing. He listens, cares and is extremely responsible. He is knowledgeable and professional. He offers treatment that is specific to our situation. He makes sure every step is done correctly to the best of his knowledge. It was a difficult journey for us. We are eventually pregnant with our miracle baby girl! Will definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs help.

The staff here are super cold, passive aggressive to you if you dont look like blonde Barbie. Always feels rushed if you deal with the medical assistants during your appointment and they never have sympathy/empathy towards patients. Besides that, Dr Griffith is great and Lindsay at the front desk is always kind!

We adore this office. Shannon is always sweet and greets us with a smile. Whitney and Kelly are by far some of the sweetest people I have ever met. They are so reassuring and comforting, I know that every visit will be pleasant and well informed. Dr. Griffith is simply fantastic; if we could remain in care with the clinic thorough out the entirety of the pregnancy we would. Weve waited nearly 7 years for our blessing and after being told it may not be possible, Dr. Griffith was reassuring and willing to take things at our pace and listen to our concerns. Thank you so much to Dr. Griffith and the entire staff. We are so blessed to have found our way to this clinic.

Been seen here for two pregnancies with Dr. Griffith and love him and the staff! Def a gem! I feel they all really care and I am in the best hands there. Would recommend him to anyone!!! Our miracle baby in pic below, took 7 years to bring him into this world! And now we are 12 weeks pregnant with our first natural pregnancy! Very blessed.

I couldn’t have asked for better doctors or staff to walk us to through this process. Dr. Griffith has perfect bedside manner and was there for all of the important steps. Our questions and concerns were always answered same day, keeping us at ease. Jenna, the MA that assisted us throughout almost the entire process is so professional and knowledgeable. All of the doctors and MAs that assisted us through multiple procedures and visits here were caring, knowledgeable, and the process was seamless. We truly couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you Dr. Griffith, Jenna, and the staff at Aspire HFI! We are forever grateful for the care you’ve provided to us.

Dr. Griffith was very nice and attentive. During the whole process he made me feel extremely comfortable and was always encouraging. The embryo transfer was easy and painless and I knew what to expect the entire time because of Dr. Griffiths thorough explaination. The nurses at his clinic are phenomenal and are so nice, friendly and encouraging!

Let me start off by saying as a consumer, an individual and a business owner this doctors office portrays themselves as a wholesome place but dont truly care about you unless youre paying their unethical prices for services!! Will slick you with prices for cancelled appointments-($150) that you were never informed about, along with inaccurate information from other office staff that your appointments wouldnt have a cancellation fee, will also add on additional cancellation fees without your prior knowledge, and when you say something about it, they will gaslight you into believing that you did!! IS UNETHICAL!!!!! Then you want to hide all your bad reviews by allegedly having them removed off of Google. Stop getting over on people!! Dont be fooled! just go to YELP and it will give you the real. I am highly disappointed and disgusted in an office such as this! No telling what other unethical things you condone!!! You need to do better, hire more competent and equipped front office/phone staff and stop robbing women that are in vulnerable positions. Taking advantage OF US! IM DONE WITH YOU ALL! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Extremely helpful staff and Dr. Griffith is fantastic. Love all the nurses at willow brook and Katy location. Katherine is extremely helpful & her patience level is commendable when it comes to Q&A. But that doesn’t mean rest are less, they are all equally great. Love them all and I’d def recommend to anyone who wants the best service from both the doc & staff!

Overall, my experience was just OK. after my actual transfer procedure I never saw my doctor again. They kept mixing up the date of when I was scheduled. They would tell me that I was not scheduled for that day and I would have to leave and come back the next day when I was scheduled on that day. My job is important and I’m not able to just leave whenever I want and spend all day in the office. They obviously don’t value my job or me as a patient. The wait was outrageous. It’s hard to leave your job once a week and have to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes to wait for blood work or to be scanned. They say to be patient because they have grown. They have only grown in patients but yet they have not hired any more staff. That’s why the wait is so long they would only have one or two nurses at the time. I pay too much money for them not to be able to hire enough nurses. the nurses and Dr. themselves are really sweet and friendly. It’s nothing against them personally this is just the way things are run. if you needed to call and get a hold of someone nobody answers the phone you leave a voicemail nobody calls you back or if you do call and someone answers you speak to the back office and they say that nobody’s available to take your call and someone will call you back in two hours which nobody calls you back .I would only recommend this facility because they have great success rates not because of the way things are run.

My husband and I have been seeing dr. Williams for about 5 months of our fertility journey (we’ve been trying for a little over a year). He has been so great. Very knowledgeable and supportive. He takes time to discuss with us our unique experience and what he would recommend to help us get our hearts desires. We’re so grateful to be under his care and I highly recommend him as a fertility doctors for others who are on a similar path. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and very supportive. I’ve always felt very taken care of by them and especially by my nurse Kat!

Dr. Griffith and his staff have been amazing throughtout our fertility journey. It can be a nerve wracking process, but they helped answer my questions and concerns along the way to help me feel at ease. I am incredibly happy to say they helped my husband and I get pregnant through IUI and we are SO grateful to them.

Dr. Griffith and his staff are the best! You will not regret choosing his team to support you during this most difficult time. He is very thorough, kind and honest when it comes to your options on everything. Everyone that works for him is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their jobs. By the time you’re done with your treatment/s you’ll feel like part of the family.

Ive had the best experience with HFI Willowbrook! Dr. Griffith is AMAZING, I trusted him immediately following our initial consultation and he did exactly what he said hed do: get me pregnant! The nurses are absolutely awesome, Jenna & Leah specifically. I never had a problem with communication with this office and they honestly treated me like I was the only patient there. I cant wait to come back for baby #2!

From the beginning, Dr. Griffith and his staff have been amazing. I have felt welcome and important every time I called or walked in that door. They have been very patience and have attended to my every need. We felt like a family here. We are so blessed to have been able to go through this process with HFI. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great fertility institute. We will definitely miss them!

Dr. Griffith was great! What I appreciated the most about him was that it seems like he genuinely cares about us as patients. The staff here is awesome too! From front desk to nurses and in between the ladies were all knowledgeable, sweet and caring. Great experience.

Highly recommended ! We are pregnant with our baby and could not be happier.We love Dr. Griffith and his staff at HFI Willowbrook. They made this IVF journey very stress free and comfortable for us.Dr Griffith is very knowledgeable and has great bed side manners. He has addressed all our concerns and questions accurately, promptly and holistically. He also has an amazing personality that makes it very enjoyable to work with him.Jenna Fernandez, Leah Covert and the rest of the nurses have been extremely kind, helpful and cordial. They have treated us like family and we couldn’t be more grateful.Overall the clinic respects their patients’ time. You are seen within maximum 10 minutes of your appointment. There are no absurd and ( disrespectful- in my view ) waiting times as you see in other clinics.

Lindsey is one of the rudest receptions I’ve ever encountered, especially at such a sensitive place. Aspire made one attempt to reschedule an appointment that was scheduled 4 weeks out. Now, because of their scheduling conflict, we have to wait another 4 weeks. No apologies nor concern was provided from Lindsey and it shows how much she cares for the delicate field she is in. Get a new job, Lindsey.

I always feel so comfortable when I come to the office. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at ease. I cannot say enough about Dr. Griffith. His warm yet humorous personality makes going through a stressful time a lot easier. They truly care about your well being and always want you to feel the least amount of stress or anxiety during your time with them.

Dr. Griffith and staff provided my husband and I with the absolute best care anyone could hope and pray for in such a delicate situation as infertility. From the initial consult, to every exam, and test along the way I never felt that there wasnt a question I couldnt present to the staff. If it was important to me, then it was important to them and thats priceless. I loved the consistency of the use of the portal for messaging and the clear instructions that were given through the journey- priceless. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I love Dr. Skorupski as my infertility specialist. It was a long journey but I never lost faith in his plan of care. A modified natural cycle with ERA was the trick for us. He was very honest, compassionate and caring. Not only a doctor, but also a human that connects well with patients. He listens to your concerns and address questions professionally. I love Beaumont office staff, Emily is great, nurses Faith and Amber are amazing and the phebotomist with great skills. I highly recommend Dr. Skorupski and his team. Thanks you for all y’all did got me and family.

This was the second clinic I had been to for IVF. The first clinic did not properly diagnosed me and after my first failed retrieval pushed me to try an egg donor.A friend referred Aspire to me and by far they are best out of the two.Dr. Skorupski was able to listen to me, give me a diagnosis, and explained every step of the way, most importantly gave us hope that I was able to still use my own eggs at 42.The nurses and staffare knowledgeable and kind. They answered all of our questions no matter how silly.Im beyond grateful that they made my dreams into reality.

Going to HFI was the best decision I’ve ever made for my fertility journey. Dr. Griffith is an absolute delight - he is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic and truly cares about you. The team of nurses at the Woodlands office are top-notch; they make you feel comfortable and confident with each phase of your treatment. I’m forever grateful our paths crossed and HFI will always have a special place in my heart.

I do not have enough positive things to say about my entire experience with HFI. From the first moment I came as a new patient, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. Everyone there treated me like an individual and I received very personal care. My questions were always answered immediately and without judgement. Dr Griffith was amazing at putting me at ease and working with my husband and I to find a personalized treatment plan that worked for us all. Everything was always explained very clearly, and the whole staff was with me every step of the way. It is clear to see that everyone there is very compassionate and truly cares about what they do and each patient they help. Throughout this journey, HFI has become like a family, and although it was a joyous moment to reach my 12-week milestone and transfer to my OB, it was bittersweet, because I will miss them so much. I am so grateful to everything HFI has done for me and my family...they have truly helped make our dreams come true!

Dr. Griffith and his staff were amazing! They were so supportive through all the ups and downs that go along with this process. They are attentive, they care, and dont brush you off when youre crying and upset. They truly are the best people. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Dr. Skorupski is AMAZING. He is warm and kind. He really cares about each patient and makes sure he checks all the boxes before throwing you into treatment. I am SO happy that I found him and SO glad I have him to take care of our journey! Highly recommend! The office staff is also amazing and sweet, Jenny Wilson at the Willowbrook office is the sweetest and really makes you fell comfortable and important! They have always been transparent about costs and everything that is going to happen and they are usually available for questions or concerns. I also LOVE that all my blood tests are loaded to the portal so I can look at them any time I want! It is so convenient!

Houston Fertility Institute is a wonderful place I would highly recommend. We started seeing Dr. Griffith in December 2013. We had a diagnosis by the end of January and began our first round of IVF in February. We got a positive pregnancy test after our fist transfer and are now expecting twins in December 2014! Dr. Griffith is very well informed, personable and has an amazing bedside manner. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand, laid out all of our options, and was not pushy when it came to making a treatment decision. The staff at the Willowbrook office is friendly, courteous and quick to answer any questions or concerns. We will definitely go back to Dr. Griffith when we are ready to expand our family again and I would not hesitate to send any of my family or friends to see him or his colleagues.

We never imagined our journey to parenthood would take us through IVF, but here we are. We started with HFI - The Woodlands in October 2019 and have had nothing short of a great experience. Our first meeting with Dr. Griffith was incredibly insightful and he helped us come up with a plan to start our family. After initial diagnostics testing, we found that our original plans were no longer valid and our greatest chance of success would be to go the IVF route. I didn’t fully appreciate or understand all of the early testing, but after ups and downs - I sincerely appreciate the effort the nurses and doctors put into getting a full view of your personal situation. In the moment, it feels like you’re delaying progress, but ultimately, I think it’s worth it (examples: hysteroscopy and ERA)Dr. Griffith performed the majority of our procedures while others were performed by the various HFI doctors who help out at Piney Point, but I have to say he was my favorite to work with. He’s always positive, explains everything that’s going on and cracks jokes to help lighten the mood. When we had issues due to anatomical structures, he always stayed calm and figured out a plan. Another doctor who we have extra appreciation for us Dr. Skorupski. He was the on call doctor after our second retrieval and took our concerns seriously. He even called back at midnight and 2am to ensure we were able to get the pain under control. This extra care and checking in meant a lot during a scary situation.The staff at Piney Point are ok, they feel rushed most of the time, but with the number of patients from all the Houston HFI clinics, I guess that makes sense. The OR and recovery nurses were exceptional - they were always so helpful and gentle. The embryologist is also insightful and nice to work with. When we received updates about embryos post-retrieval she took the time to explain what they looked for each day and how our embryos were doing. This extra care helped us understand why numbers dropped after retrieval, fertilization, etc. and ultimately she helped us decide which embryo to use for our transfer.At The Woodlands office the wait has never been long, the office is spotless, the phlebotomist is super sweet (even when you see her three times a week) and we loved working with Whitney. The majority of the nurses and staff in this office are wonderful. We did have one nurse who was rude, cold and not gentle, but luckily we’ve only dealt with her twice. As for the other nurses - Janese is super knowledgeable and takes time to answer any and all questions. This was helpful as some fertility related questions can be strange or embarrassing. Courtney is supportive, sweet and takes time to walk you through everything. Whitney is our absolute favorite. She has handled emotional (hormonal) meltdowns with grace, she’s reassuring, she’s super responsive in the patient portal, she explains various processes in a way that patients can understand and she’s always so bubbly. Between Whitney and Dr. Griffith, we could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Skorupski was my doctor at the Willowbrook location, but all of my lab work and ultrasounds were done by the nurses (and sometimes Dr. Griffith) in the Woodlands. Both facilities were amazing, and everyone was so friendly and helpful during such scary and stressful times!

Dr. Griffith is extremely caring and takes his time with you. I appreciate the nursing staff answering all my questions throughout my time at HFI. Through multiple procedures, pregnancies, and miscarriages, they were there for me, even with some personalized phone calls along the way. Thank you all so much.

I cant say enough great things about HFI - specifically TW location. The staff is amazing and always made me feel so welcome. Shannon, Whitney, Sarah, and Jenese became friends and I will truly miss everyone here. Walking into this office for the first time was so scary and emotional. Ill never forget how comfortable the girls made me feel. And Dr. Griffith is truly the best. My husband and I both adore him!

Dr Skorupski is a wonderful compassionate physician. He is thorough and embodies all you would want your doctor to be. His nurse Heather is on top of things! She gives each patient personal attention and helps you to stay current with all of your instructions. I would comfortably and enthusiastically recommend him and this office. It was a wonderful experience!

Dr. Griffith and his staff are the best I have experienced. They go above and beyond even up to the 13th week. Even through happy and sad times they have supported me and my family. I have had awesome outcomes with his office and still have one more to look forward to. I will refer him to all who need assistance with having a baby.

Don’t waste your time or money at this clinic. The staff is rude, belittling, and fake. The doctors have no idea what’s going on within their own patients’ charts. You’re better off running away as fast as you can.

My initial consult with Dr Skorupski was great he was polite and seemed very informed. However, the website they use to collect information, respond to messages and fill out intake forms is absolutely horrible. I expect more from a facility of this stature. I cant even view or pay my bills online because navigating the website is impossible. I will update my review once we seek treatment and follow up from there.Update. I called and messaged this clinic last week and they finally messaged me back saying they were over booked and now cant see me for blood work until next month. The communication from this office is deplorable. I have to call multiple times and when I don’t get a nurse I get an answering service that asks me for personal info to sell me something. I won’t be going back to this clinic. I haven’t even had anything done and Im already disappointed in the service.

Thank you so much to Dr Griffith and his team for helping us through this journey . I wouldnt have gotten through it without you. Thank you for all of your help in the long process of getting and staying pregnant.

My wife and I have been TTC for about 4 years now. After multiple failed attempts with both IVF and IUI, by the time we landed at HFI in front of Dr. Skorupski, we didn’t want to talk, we didn’t need to discuss our issues. We’ve been told the same thing for years. Dr. Skorupski reviewed our file prior to our arrival and he knew IVF was our best option. He gave a us a brief breakdown of our circumstances, explained what his plan of action was and he asked my wife if she had any questions or concerns. My wife said no, please just help us get our baby. He smiled, stood up and said we will get you your baby, with confidence.That next month, we proceeded with IVF and for the first time ever, my wife is pregnant with our first child (9 weeks).We can’t thank HFI enough. Dr. Skorupski and his staff are incredibly informative, caring and punctual. We had a scare at 5 weeks and our nurse, Leah, was on the phone within 5 minutes guiding us through it and calming us down.Even the two women alternating the front desk at check in have been amazing and always greeted us by our name.Of all the fertility specialists, tests, surgeries, procedures, etc, HFI has by far been the best clinic for us with the greatest staff.This process is a long road and can be emotionally and physically overwhelming. Having HFI staff in our corner made this time overwhelmingly different.Thank you HFI for making our dream come true.

Dr. Griffith and the Woodlands staff are the BEST!!! They were supportive and encouraging! Considering the circumstances Im so glad I had the opportunity to work with them. I would recommend Dr. Griffith and the Woodlands office to anyone in need.

I was impressed with the Dr Griffiths reaction time to start me on all medications as soon as the blood test confirmed pregnancy. I also really liked the fact that I was monitored weekly with blood work and an ultrasound to monitor the hormones and growth of the fetus. After having experienced 5 miscarriages, this was a hugh relief for me and I felt I was taken care of as a priority.Staff at Piney Point are extremely professional and friendly. No questions felt too silly to ask and they put my mind at ease.

You could not hope for a better facility when it comes to infertility. Everyone is this office is extremely nice and will answer any question you ever have. Like anyone when starting this journey, we were completely unsure and just worried about this whole process. There was NEVER a time when I didnt feel supported. Easily our best experience with an infertility doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, calming, explains everything well, and the entire staff treats you like family. They are very quick to handle insurance, results, and anything else that is needed. We wish we could stay here our whole pregnancy!

Dr. Griffith has been wonderful throughout this process. He has taken the time to explain any questions we might have and has always been available if needed. Early on in the pregnancy he even came in on a Sunday morning to ease my concerns when we had some complications.

We are very happy with our experience at HFI Beaumont. The staff and Dr. Skorupski are very welcoming & kind. He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the new information about our infertility journey. He took the time to explain things and made us feel comfortable with whatever we decided. After I had a surgery & other medical issues fixed, we did two rounds of IUI and got a positive result on the second try. My husband & I are so blessed to be pregnant with our first baby!We are so thankful for all of the staff who made us feel like family and for Dr. Skorupski for helping us on our journey. We would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is trying to navigate their own infertility path or has questions about where to start.

Dr. Skorupski and the entire Beaumont office are nothing short of amazing. This was our second successful embryo transfer. We have always been treated with such compassion. I recommend HFI to everyone in need.

My husband and I tried for ~5 years. After a botched fertility treatment that led to me being hospitalized for 5 days and in immense defeat, we landed in Dr. Skorupski’s office. From day 1, the entire staff and Dr. Skorupski treated us with pure compassion. This was new to us! Dr. Skorupski got right to the point and we immediately began our treatment. In ~2 months, I already had my egg retrieval! We had our first (and successful) transfer after 3 months. We couldn’t be happier with all of the nurses and dr skorupski. I’ve seen Dr. Griffith at the Willowbrook office back in 2019 to 2020 when my husband and I were doing IVF. He is very caring and will listen and answer all your questions. I will definitely recommend him and HFI to anyone who wants to undergo IVF.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Griffith and the staff at HFI. He has always been an extremely thorough, thoughtful and caring doctor. This is an extremely hard process and having him as my doctor is the only reason I have gotten through it with a smile and positive attitude.

Our experience here has been great. This is such a stressful thing to have to go through and the team here has been very supportive and understanding. All communication with the doctor and nurses was great! I never had a hard time getting a hold of anyone or struggled to get information. I never planned on having to experience infertility, but HFI and my doctors/nurses have made it the most pleasant experience possible. Dr. Skorupski, June, and Marie always make me feel welcome and important. They not only show an interest in my reproductive health, but I have also felt cared for emotionally and psychologically as well. Going through multiple failed fertility cycles has taken its toll on me, but I never felt like I was going through this alone. Dr. Skorupski has even taken time to call me at home and check on me when things were rough. Although I wish I could change my fertility issues, I can not express enough how grateful I am for HFI and the staff here. I have recommended HFI to coworkers and friends who were struggling and will continue to sing their praises. Every doctor and nurse I have worked with was very knowledgable and took time to answer all of my questions.

My experience at HFI Beaumont has been amazing. I am always seen on time, all of the nurses always ask how I am doing and have been my biggest supporters. I knew Dr. Skorupski was my doctor from my first visit. He was so confident we would do everything to get me pregnant, and here I am pregnant with a healthy growing little one. Every visit, every procedure, every expense was explained to me in detail and everything went as planned. We could not be happier. I could never thank HFI staff and Dr. Skorupski enough for giving me my little miracle and for being there for us every step of the way.

The walk in appearance great! The front desk assurance on being covered or not and knowledge great! Until you get the labcorp bill the continues to rise in amount due. Simply saying at time you walk in and provide your insurance and your being advised it will be covered is not correct. FYi they do not have payment plans for final payment. So if you do not plan on paying full up front don’t even bother going in for blood work and testing! They should be able to give you cost without charging you for leading up to exams!

Dr. Skorupski and his team are always wonderful. Throughout this process we have been informed of all of our options and general odds. Even when it might not have been our best option, we were always allowed to select the best course of action for US. The staff has been extremely sensitive and informative all the way through the process. We love HFI.

Dr Skorupski and the entire staff at the Willowbrook facility have been very helpful and very accommodating throughout the whole process. We went through several interviews with them and other facilities before we decided that we would move forward with IVF. They have never been pushy or anything other than patient and informative. They listened to our concerns and worked on a plan that we could all agree on. I am very detail oriented and they were willing to explain every step of the process with us and even re-explain when I confused myself by WebMD-ing some things. They were upfront about cost and explained the realistic expectations throughout everything. Even when we put everything on hold and went through some other life changes, the entire staff was understanding and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable before resuming. Overall we have enjoyed the very personalized care and the commitment to treating us as unique patients with unique needs. We are very happy with our decision to walk this journey with Dr. Skorupski and his team at Willowbrook helping us along the way.

UPDATE: I wrote this in 2011 and forgot about it. Three years later, after failed IUI attempts, my RE recommended them. Another friend begged me to try then again with a different RE. So I sent an email explained what happened and immediately was contacted by a doctor who apologized profusely. After talking to him, I decided to give the practice another chance at the same location because in that three years, pretty much all staff had changed.Dr. Skorupski was the perfect mix of compassion, practicality, and aggression (regarding treatment). Nurse June was equally amazing. They were there for me for the bad news and celebrated with me during the good times.Im so glad the original RE was no longer at the clinic and I decided to give them a second chance.Original Review:I went on a recommendation from a friend and am regretting it. They gave me wrong information, I caught them in a lie, they didnt give me information in a timely fashion because they assumed that I knew what I was doing, and finally, they forgot about me during treatment and almost locked me in the office. I had to wait over an hour each time I went in for treatment. Also, I feel like they could have done a better job with diagnosis - they just told me and my husband we were normal (even after I voiced my concerns) and were only told at treatment that it probably wouldnt be effective.This isnt a disgruntled review just because it didnt work for me - I am on my two week wait right now and keeping my fingers crossed, but I will not be returning here. I dont understand how people can rave about how wonderful their doctor was - I only saw mine ONCE during the initial consultation, and even then, it was for only five minutes. I have never seen him since. I guess he looked at my test results?They were friendly enough I guess, but it wasnt enough to overcome the feeling that I was just a burden to them.I will be contacting my OBGYN (whom I love and trust) to let them know about the horrible experience that I had with this clinic.I dont expect to be treated like royalty - all I ask is for a little dignity and compassion. Maybe its just this location (or that fact that I was doing IUI), but I felt like this was just an impersonal assembly line. Besides, just because I was only doing an IUI doesnt mean I dont deserve the same respect that the IVF patients get.I really regret feeling too embarrassed to complain to an office manager at the time. My new RE is wonderful - sadly, I have to drive to the medical center to see her, but I trust her completely. Im now looking into IVF, but I refuse to compromise on ethics over location.Just be careful - its easy to give clinics and doctors good reviews when you get a BFP, but that doesnt mean its a good clinic. Dont let them take advantage of you just because

I loved staffs over there!! Nurses, front desk, and technicians, all of them gave me wonderful experience. Every time I visit this place, I felt the system is very well oreganized and fast! The longgest time I had in the clinic was only 30 mins when I first met Doctor. After that, I have never waited for my ultrasound and blooding work more than 10 mins! Always super super good!!

Dr. Skorupski and his Willowbrook team including Mindy are frankly the best! I say that because they care. I see all of their patients treated with the upmost respect and kindness. They know everyone’s name.They have cared for me for quite some time. Dr Skorupski has a great confidence that makes me confident, he is realistic and encouraging, he is a doctor that listens with empathy to his patients.I am thankful to God for putting him in our path.This can be an emotionally difficult process. The team at Willowbrook do their best to make it easier.I can say now I am 42 and pregnant with my first child. I will be 43 when my little one is born. What a blessing and a miracle!

My first experience with Dr. Griffith was very pleasant. He was confident in our ability to concieve after testing was completed. He was very thorough and very informative.

First time going in for blood work and ultra sound at Willowbrook location. (Previously 2.5 years with HFI at Woodlands location) the lady at front desk and labs were great. Nurse Jennifer W not sure what her deal was but she had an attitude with me initially entering the room. I asked for the sensitive lubricant (vs the pink one) and had a problem because She had to leave the room to go get the other one. she took a look and snapped photos in less than 1 minute and sent me off. I have done this visit plenty of times and this has never taken literally less than a minute. The standard should be the same at all locations. I was going to just leave it as is but when I told my husband the consent papers were not ready. He went back in and said he is here to sign papers, she then had them ready for him to sign. As patients at HFI we are paying and have payed thousand of dollars to expect excellent service and a positive outcome. Service like this at a new location because of one person is unacceptable.

The doctors and staff are genuinely interested in helping you. They not only work to help you with infertility but are also concerned with your health and well-being. They really listen and consider your thoughts and feelings rather than just dismissing them. I wish I could continue with them throughout my pregnancy.

Dr. Griffith is very knowledgeable and guided us very well during the time of treatment. He kept us motivated and encouraged while providing answers to our questions and modifying the treatment as time went by.

I like the fact that they are able to provide early appointment test results the same day to the patient portal. However, I did not appreciate the fact that they did not demonstrate transparency about the financial responsibilities. I was given a round about estimate with no paperwork, brochure, folder, flyer or anything. Just a verbal estimate. When talking about potentially spending 10s of thousands of dollars, I would like to have something tangible to take home to look over and consider. After two visits, I still had nothing, no paperwork, no information/pricing packet/brochure or anything. I am only speaking based on my experience.

He sat with me and took his time going through all the steps we need to take next. I believe he will get us on the right track to be able to get pregnant. His patience and kindness was very welcoming. He answered any questions I had and made sure I understood.

My husband and I used HFI back in 2018 for IVF which was successful and we have a healthy 6 month old baby girl now. Dr Skorupski and all the staff at HFI are very helpful, they explain the whole process and they are always there for you. Without them we would not have our beautiful baby girl. Tried to get an appointment and Lucy at the front desk was SO rude and I decided not to see a specialist at Aspire after all due to her attitude. There is simply too much competition in this field to have to deal with this just to set up an appointment with a doctor.

DO NOT GO TO HOUSTON FERTILITY INSTITUTE!! THE ENTIRE STAFF INCLUDING DOCTORS ARE HORRIBLE!!I had myomectomy in July 2010, and went to Houston Fertility Institute (HFI) to remove scar tissues in 2013. Dr. Sandra Bello was the one operated on me. I told her prior to the procedure that I am very sensitive to anesthesia. She didn’t care. They still drugged me and I couldn’t wake up until the following day. Because I couldn’t wake up 1 hour after the procedure to go home, the nurse knuckled me so hard on the chest that I was bruised for a few days. One year later, I went back to try IVF at HFI. I met Dr. Haddad, and he performed IVF in 2014.When Dr. Haddad transferred the embryos, he did not see that my uterus was divided in ½ by a huge scar tissue that Dr. Bello FAILED to remove in 2013. As a result, my IVF was unsuccessful! And he said it was depending my luck! His science was all based on luck!! Believe it??? He had me on lots and lots of unnecessary shots (estrace and progesterone) after the transfer. I was in so much pain, couldn’t walk, and could not sit as my bottom hurt so badly. Crying every day. I called the office wanted to talk to Haddad, and could never get thru to him. All the nurse said was put ice on it. I did, but it didn’t help! I asked for different medication in lieu of the shots, they said no because the shots are better. That is false!!! How do I know? You’ll find out below.I found out that Haddad transfer was not successful because he did not discover that my uterus was cut in ½ because of a huge scar tissue. I came for ultrasound and bloodwork almost every week, how is it possible that he didn’t see the scar tissue??!! HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT! All he wanted was get the transfer over with and collect the money! All he wanted was MONEY MONEY!I realize how horrible the doctors at Houston Fertility Institute are when I went to see another Fertility in California. After the first ultrasound, the California doctor told me that he cannot do the transfer because of the scar tissue that divided my uterus in ½. He recommended that I go to a surgeon and have it remove, then come back to him. I did as instructed. The transfer took place, and I didn’t have to take any shot just pills. I asked the California dr. if the pills are less effective. He said no. and it’s true. No pain and I am pregnant.

I was told that they only have 7 people working at their call center which means you may need to wait a very long time to ever talk to anyone. Sometimes you will wait about 7 minutes and it will tell you to leave them a message, but I have never received a return phone call. I will never use this company again. I have been trying to get them to fax my test results since 11:34am and it is now 4:05pm. I have called them multiple times and they cant seem to get the information to my doctor. This is very disappointing.

Dr D Williams has stood with me during this difficult ivf journey. Highly recommended. Grateful to him and staff for always being professional and patient.

I definitely do NOT recommend going if your young.(mid 20’s) it seems the staff that work there are completely biased of what they think to be young mothers. Have been there four times already and it never fails. I never get greeted the same as everyone else that walks in the door, the stares I get are extremely annoyed. I’m spending money just like everyone else and I’m trying to conceive a child just like everyone else. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone who’s young they seem to favor older ladies and don’t even get me started on wait times. Took 1 hour and 10 minutes just to have ONE vial of blood drawn. Huge disappointment.

Nurses and doctor always listen and help me all the time I need

Always is willing to answer questions and his staff has a very good response time when I call. Easy to get appointments and I like that I see the same nurses and Dr. and not a constant rotation. Makes things easier.

Dr Jason has always been very kind and he is always eager to listen to you, he explains to you everything that may be a concern for you. Patience, commitment, knowledge and understanding were received every time I came in.

Will never go here again. If you don’t have insurance the consult fee is $50. If you do it’s still $50 but they bill the insurance company $150 and send you the bill for the difference. Super shady and that’s just the first appointment.
